Phone Consultation: After submitting your interest form, Amanda will reach out for a brief 15–20 minute phone consultation. This gives us a chance to answer your questions and make sure the retreat is a good match for your needs.
Deposit: Once the consultation call is completed and it is determined to be a good fit, you will be asked to complete some intake forms and make a $100 deposit towards the total cost. The remaining balance of the retreat will be due two weeks before the retreat.
Medical Intake: Once your deposit is received, you’ll schedule a medical intake with a prescribing physician at Journey Clinical. This assessment (included in the retreat price) ensures your safety and eligibility and covers your prescribed ketamine. If approved, you’ll receive two doses as part of the retreat experience.
Welcome Session: You’ll meet with Amanda to review your intake paperwork, explore intentions, and set a foundation for your experience.
Preparation: There will be a virtual preparation session on January 19 or February 23 from 6-7pm.
Dosing Sessions: The retreat includes two dosing session which will take place Friday afternoon and Saturday morning.
Integration: An integration session will take place after each dosing session.
*Please note that the $100 deposit is refundable only if you are found ineligible for Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy by the prescribing physician.
